Nose : Blackcurrant, black cherry, and dark plum, with Marselan adding a whisper of blueberry jam. Cedar, cigar box, and dark chocolate with dried herbs, graphite, and leather.
Palate : Firm tannins frame layers of black fruit, espresso, and black pepper.
The 10% Marselan softens the blend, adding a plush mid-palate of fig and violet. Long and authoritative finish, with lingering tobacco.
